For my gameplan for this summer/spring I am actually running a 2 pronged attack. 1st- Test Prop and Tren for 6 weeks and 2nd- Test Prop and Winny for 6 weeks. I believe in HIT cardio training which consists of 3-4 days weekly for 220yd sprints alternating with 220 yds walking for 18-22 minutes. Diet will be tighter with @ 3400 total cals split at a ratio of 50% protein, 25% fats and 25% carbs- with all carbs consumed prior to 3pm daily. That's my current diet strategy!

post bulking cycle. one month of just protein creatine, lots of water and ala 2 grams per day with 300 mg of grape seed extract . This month is used primarily to get my mental focus on cleaner eating and lower calorie days. "diet mode" so to speak. Then i will follow it with a cutting cycle like this trenbolone acetate 100mg per day weeks 1-6,test prop weeks 1-12 100mg per day, and winstrol 50mg per day weeks 1-4. My calories look like this

week 1 2800
week 2 2500
week 3 2600
week 4 2400
Then throughout my cycle my calories go like this
week 1 2300
week 2 2000
week 3 2200
week 4 2500
week 1 ...
on my second month i take t-3,and clen/eca for the month. with one month of then during my post cycle recovery i take eca,clen for a month.
*these calories are very low for a man of my size and if you are much over 200 pounds expect to feel very flat as your cycle will be to mainly just minimize your muscle wasting and harden you up a bit.*

I plan on totally revamping my training and diet for the spring. I recently began experimenting with DC's training program. I've felt good with it so far but I have not followed it to a tee by recording everything. I will soon start to get in the mode in where I will make weekly goals in gains of strength and loss of body fat. I will also be changing my diet routine to much much cleaner in terms of carbs. All carbs will be cut out 4 pm daily. Protein intake will be about 300 g and flax seed powder will be incorporated with my protein drinks. Also, I will suplement with liquid Clen to increase my metabolism, heart rate, and body temp to accelerate my body fat loss. I will not be taking any T3 along with it because at this time, I am no longer going to take any AS.

My approach to dieting is long and slow. I pick the date I want to look my best and then try to allow as many weeks as I can to get there. Never less than 15 for me. Also I really bump up the anti-e's during a cutter. Estrogen is a fat storage hormone and only hinders progress.
So to get down into the 6-8% range it might look something like this:
1. 3 days low carbs, 1 day carb-up, 2 days low carb, 1 day carb-up
2. Every 2 weeks either cut calories or add additional cardio. Cardio can go as high as 2x a day for an hour each time if necessary (I would rather increase cardio than decrease calories).
3. I judge my progress with a tape measure- not a scale! Who cares what I weigh?
4. I'll use a low dose of test with a high dose of anti-e's. In addition I'll use tren and eq. Also I'll use anavar at the beginning and winny at the end with time off in-between.
5. I'll cycle clen and eca every 2 weeks. I'll run T3 the whole way through even though I would recomend only 8 weeks to someone else. Also on the non-eca weeks I'll run yohimbe on the low carb days.
6. If things aren't progressing as well as I planned, then I'll cut the low-carb days back.
7. Secret weapon- PGF2a Gel
Patience is the key. The fat will come off if you execute everything correctly.

I'm honestly not too worried about cutting for warm weather as I'm hoping to put on as much size as possible for a contest later on in 2004. I don't have problems shedding bodyfat, and even at that I have my own pool so no one I DON'T want to see me is allowed to come over....lol
If I had to pick a chemically enhanced way I'd hit off tren/prop/winny at 75/100/50mg every day and throw in a little GFL at 40mcgs every day as well. I'd run the gear for 12 and the GFL for 4wks on/4wks off

My gameplan for spring cutting.
1. Up the cardio, I respond well to increaded cardio. If I do not see the results I wish, I alter my diet through calories and carbs. This is the biggest adjustment I will make and I see great results with increased cardio.
2. Clen/ECA- The typical Clenbuterol ramp followed by and ECA serves me well.
3. Arimidex, I will also keep on Arimidex to keep estrogen and water bloat down.

well I gotta shed some weight & tone up for my calendar this year I tend to follow a strick diet plan 1930 cals a day- cardio 4-5 times a week 45-60 min. My problem has been not eating the right food at the right times of the day- post & pre work out so I have been getting very educated this past month and entend in making this my best year as far as being in shape. Will use my eca stack and a multivitamin as usual but no enhancers. Lots & lots of water of course.

I'm going to start prepping for a national show sometime in April - show in the summer. So my regimen with be "enhanced". I haven't quite planned what my cycle will be, since I'm not wanting to put on more mass, because leanness and hardness are my goal.
Aside from that, cardio will start out 2x/day at 30 min/session. Diet will probably go up to 2200 cal/day (40/40/20). And training will be ass to the grass.

With summer rapidly approching my fat shedding plan is this. At the moment im currently bulking, during this cyckle i will be running DNP at a low dose for 7-10 days depending on my results,
If nessesary i will be doing this during or in the beginning of my summer Cutter as well.

My spring cutting will begin March 1st. I will cycle a 6 week high protein, moderate fat, low carb diet based on the Metabolic Diet (with 1 carb up day every 7 days) with a 2 week maintenance diet, and begin again. I plan to add early morning cardio (the most important part of the fat loss equation for me) on top of my current training schedule approximately 3-4 times a week and slowly bring that up to 5-6 times a week once the weather warms up. Come April I will begin using one of Dr. Mauro Pasquales products called Lipoflush, an effective fat burner.

I burn everything I eat & have a hard time keeping weight on.
